At Mister Concrete we try to ease your project as much as possible. That applies from the first time you contact us. We prefer being contacted by phone but one of our operators will gladly reply to your e-mails and contact form too.
We store everything electronically and your details are always safe with us. From the first contact to the delivery and long after that by nurturing long-term partnerships we aim to be the first choice when thinking of a concrete supplier for our customer's projects.

Place your order
Place your order by calling our operators or sending us an e-mail. You will be asked to specify the type, amount, address, and time of the delivery. If needed assistance will be provided.

Your order is electronically saved
After placing your order we store it electronically so it won’t get lost. Our operators then ensure right team is selected for your order.

Confirmation text
To make sure you have all the information in one place and to avoid any problems we send you a confirmation text with the details of your order.

Day of the delivery
We are checking one more time with you whether you are ready to receive the concrete and confirming the details.

Concrete is delivered
Our team meets with yours at the site and concrete will be poured meeting your requirements.

Payment and hard copy of invoice
Once the concrete is poured and you are happy with the delivery our driver will create a hard copy of the invoice and payment will be made.
